These are the prices for booking directly with Alex — no platform in the middle. Because there are no commissions, stays here can cost less than on booking sites.

Rates apply per night, based on the calendar month of each night stayed. Pick dates on the rates & availability page for an exact total.
Minimum stay: 2 nights (7 nights in July & August).
Tourist tax: Nightly rates shown on this site do not include the local tourist tax (€8 per night), which is collected when your reservation is confirmed.
