Ideal for 4 · up to 6 comfortably
Welcome to Konaki Analipsi — your refuge in an authentic Cretan village. Nestled a five-to-ten-minute walk from the beach and surrounded by olive groves, the apartment balances seaside ease with the quiet rhythm of village life.
Previous guests put it simply — Isabelle has returned from France for five years running: "Our little paradise — Alex welcomes us like family every time."
The layout
90 m² of calm Mediterranean living: two bedrooms, a separate living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for four guests; up to six stay comfortably — one bedroom with a double bed and workspace desk, one with twin singles, plus sofa space in the living room.
A shared bathroom, private parking (spot C1), and three terraces — including one with a pergola and barbecue for dinners under the Mediterranean sky.
Workation & professional retreats
Konaki is set up for remote work and small professional retreats — not fibre, but a tested home connection and a proper desk setup:
- Desk in the main bedroom plus external monitor (bring your laptop)
- Second workspace in the living area
- Wi‑Fi tested at ~39 Mbps down / ~5 Mbps up — fine for HD video calls
- 5G available in the apartment as backup (speed tests up to ~126 Mbps down)
- Quiet village rhythm, terraces for breaks, pool to switch off after meetings
Ideal for founders, remote workers, or small teams (up to six) who want sun and olives without sacrificing a real workday.
Life here
From April, Analipsi wakes with shops open year-round, morning bread from the village bakery, and evenings that end on the terrace with the sound of the sea. Choose the free public beach or paid sunbeds — both are minutes away.
Whether you explore Crete by car or never leave the olive-shaded walk to the water, Konaki is the starting point — and often, the place guests never want to leave.
Workation
Work remotely — or host a small retreat
Konaki is not a co-working hub. It is a proper home with desk, external screen, tested Wi‑Fi, and the calm of Analipsi — ideal for remote work or a 2–4 person professional getaway.
Dedicated desk
Workspace in the main bedroom plus a second spot in the living area — not the dining table.
External monitor
Plug in your laptop and work on a real screen. Bring your cables; HDMI/USB‑C as needed.
Home Wi‑Fi (tested)
~39 Mbps down, ~5 Mbps up — enough for HD video calls and everyday remote work.
5G backup
Mobile 5G works in the apartment; speed tests have reached ~126 Mbps down when you need extra bandwidth.
Village quiet
Residential neighbourhood — no hotel corridor, no Hersonissos nightlife under your window.
Small retreats
Two bedrooms sleep four — founders, remote teams, or colleagues mixing work mornings and terrace evenings.
Internet — honest numbers
Not fibre. A reliable home connection we test regularly — screenshots below from on-site speed tests.
- Wi‑Fi
- ~39 Mbps down · ~5 Mbps up · ~15 ms latency
- 5G (backup)
- Up to ~126 Mbps down in apartment tests
Speeds vary with weather, provider load, and your device. Fine for video calls and cloud work; large 4K uploads may be slower than fibre.

Your desk setup
Desk and monitor in the bedroom; open living space for calls or a second laptop. Terraces and pool when the laptop closes.

Perfect for a workation week, a strategy off-site, or recovering between Lyttos tournament days — work in the morning, olives and sea in the evening.
